Use the cime tag now that the PR was merged

@wwieder not a thing critical to get in for beta08, but something we do need to soon, because it does cause problems with new files in inputdata. So for someone running on other machines besides Derecho and Izumi. |

I ran the testing here, and it's as expected. b4b-dev had a fieldlist difference already in place that I saw. NEON tests had a glitch downloading data, but that was it. |
